技术要求
总体要求:设备的结构应保证有足够的动静态强度、刚度、稳定性和高精度,采用先进技术,保证系统具有良好的动态性能,所选控制系统执行组件精度高,可靠性好,抗干扰能力强,响应速度快。

★高频疲劳测试软件应包括Woehler测试方法,疲劳裂纹扩展速率da/dN方法,疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值方法,预制疲劳裂纹等,软件平台应是通用的,如:Windows 2000,Windows XP等;
★试验机应可以通过如下的方式之一进行控制:恒定Kmax,恒定R关系,恒定da/dN和ΔK;
★应用软件:安全可靠、功能强大,执行性好,有可升级和扩展能力。专家版裂纹测试软件,裂纹长度的数据采集可以通过引伸计测量试样柔度的方法,也可以通过电位差测量的方法实现;如采用柔度法应在实验程序中提供CT试样和SEB试样的柔度系数;
★ 疲劳数据统计分析软件,用于载荷控制的有限寿命的循环疲劳以及到无限寿命的过渡范围试验数据的统计评估;结果显示在Woehler图表中,同时也显示在利用这些数据点(在线显示、图和数据输出函数)计算的S/N曲线的概率纸上;可以进行以下分析ISO 3800,对数高斯分布,Weibull分布,平均值,标准差回归算法等;

POWER SWING MOT NewLine
Rising demands for reliability of technical products and new laws for product liability make extensive dynamic tests of elements needed. The POWER SWING series of testing machines present a pow-erfull and universal employable test system on this score. High test frequencies and no maintenance lead to small running costs.

Resonance
Fatigue tests with constant load amplitude on components and materials can be ideally carried out on resonance test stands.
Dynamic load is generated by an oscillating system (Resonator), which is oscillating in its resonant frequency. Depending on type of drive, motor driven or electromagnetically driven, the operating point is located on the peak or the increasing part of the resonance curve.
Because of the effect of resonance this design distinguish itself by low power consumption (500 W .... 1 kW), high frequencies (up to 250 Hz ) and thus short testing cycles and extremely precise crack detection.
These test stands are predominantly suitable for fatigue tests (Wöhler Test, S/N Tests), fracture mechanics (decay test of specimen) and for examination of crack propagation.
